The house

The guest accommodation is arranged on one floor, with a porch leading into an air-conditioned living and dining room with satellite television. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob and microwave. Each of the three bedrooms has twin beds and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair are available. The upper floor is a storage area and is not available to guests.

Outside, the porch overlooks the marina and there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 6.5 × 5 metres and ranges from 0.76 to 2.1 metres deep. The property perimeter is fenced, with neighbouring houses nearby. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are available.

Cala d'Or Beach is 0.270 km away and Cala d'Or town is 0.450 km away. The area has supermarkets, bars and restaurants, with Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera, Cala Serena and Cala Gran among the surrounding coves. Club de Golf Vall d'Or is 9.4 km away. Nine hours of air conditioning are included; additional daily hours incur a supplement.
