## About the house

The condo accommodates up to eight guests in two bedrooms, with two bathrooms and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The renovated primary bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV and access to the private deck. The second bedroom is separated from the main living area and has two queen beds, its own bathroom, a kitchenette and a Roku TV with DirecTV.

The living area has seating and a Roku TV with DirecTV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and Keurig coffee maker. A Pit Boss smoker/grill is also provided. The private deck overlooks the pond and golf course. Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, linens and towels are provided.

Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach are minutes away. Nearby outings include shopping, seafood restaurants and golf courses, as well as trips to Myrtle Beach, The Swamp Park and the Sunset Beach or Cherry Grove fishing piers.

The condo is on the third floor with no elevator. The community pool and resort amenities are not available for guest use at this time.
