Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 26.7 km away. Inca is 5–10 minutes away by car. Sa Creu bus stop is 450 metres away and Inca train station is 6 km away. Three bedrooms and the bathtub bathroom are on the first floor.
