The garden has a chlorine swimming pool measuring 12 × 4 metres, with a depth of 1.8 metres, sunbeds and a parasol. A shaded porch contains a pool table. Furnished porches provide outdoor dining space, and the porch reached from the kitchen has a barbecue.
Inside, one living area has a Smart TV and two sofas. A second reading area has a bookcase and two armchairs overlooking the garden fish pond. The equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, microwave, utensils and a dining area.
