House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in cases of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor in a building with a lift. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
