The house

The villa accommodates four guests and has exposed brick walls, cultural artwork and an open-plan living area with a two-seater sofa, armchair and TV. Split-system cooling and heating provide climate control.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. A timber dining table seats four. The two bedrooms have ceiling fans and cockatoo artwork; one has a queen bed and the other a double bed. The full bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and vanity. An in-house washer and dryer are available.

The private garden courtyard has a BBQ and an outdoor dining table with four chairs. There is a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi. Free garage parking accommodates one vehicle, with additional free street parking. The driveway is shared with four other villas.

The golf course is across the street, and wineries, dining and scenic walks are five minutes away. Optional experiences and add-ons include wine tours, private chefs, catering, in-home yoga and private transport; request arrangements at booking. Construction next door may cause noise Monday through Friday.
