House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A $2,800.00 credit-card preauthorization is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. A signed Terms and Conditions agreement and liability waiver are required to confirm the reservation. A credit card must be on file. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the reservation team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member, subject to availability.
Getting there
The home is accessible only by the free gondola; there is no vehicle access or parking at the home. The gondola runs daily from 6:30 AM to midnight, with holiday hours until 2:00 AM. It is unavailable October 25–November 20, 2026. Grocery delivery before arrival is highly recommended. Ski-in/ski-out access is via Butterfly, a blue run, and depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Nearby construction may affect the approach to the home; contact the team for current updates.
