Tu Jáal's rooftop pool is heated. The estate is roughly a six-minute drive from both Tulum town centre and the beach. The exact address is shared at booking. Mid-stay housekeeping, private chefs, in-villa spa treatments and airport transfers can be arranged on request. No smoking indoors; smoking remediation may be deducted from the deposit. Pets require prior written approval. Rule violations may result in termination of the stay without refund. A refundable USD $1,500 security deposit is held on the card approximately 48 hours before check-in and released within 7 days after checkout, less deductions for damage, missing items, extra cleaning, smoking remediation or rule violations. Guests remain responsible for damages exceeding the deposit. A reservation exists only after SEVA confirms it in writing. The full stay total is authorized at booking and charged only after written confirmation, usually within hours and always within 48 hours. If confirmation is not possible, the hold is released in full. Cancellation is free within 48 hours of booking when check-in is at least 30 days away. Thereafter, cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund of the nightly total. Cancellations within 30 days, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures and reductions in nights or guests are non-refundable. The cleaning fee is refunded for cancellations before check-in day. Refunds are processed to the original card within 10 business days.
