The finca is surrounded by mountains and forests. Outside, an 8 × 5 metre saltwater pool reaches a depth of 1.70 metres. The grounds include a lawn, fruit trees, a furnished porch and a mobile barbecue.

Inside, the living room has a Smart TV and connects with the dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob and microwave. All four bedrooms have air conditioning: three have a double bed each and one has two single beds. There are three full bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub and bidet. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Fireplaces are decorative only. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.
