## About the house

The two-storey house has its accommodation on the main floor and a garden on level -1 with four sun loungers. A furnished terrace overlooks the fields and provides space for breakfasts and barbecues. Privacy is partial because this is a town house.

The living-dining room has a TV and air conditioning. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, industrial appliances, a microwave and a small island with two stools. A separate utility room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All three bedrooms have closets, and one opens onto the terrace. One bedroom has a trundle bed; the other two each have a double bed. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bathroom with a bathtub serves the rest of the house. A baby cot, high chair, three fans and three radiators can be provided. The fireplaces are decorative only.

Services are available in Selva, with further services in nearby Inca, which holds a Thursday-morning street market. Playa de Muro is 26.8 km away. There is no swimming pool.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The fireplaces are decorative only. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
