House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 26 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. A copy of each guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house is on a central pedestrian street and occupies four levels, including the patio on level -1. Port de Sóller beach is 3.5 km away; the Sóller bus stop is 0.40 km away. No private beach access is provided.
