The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower, with the indoor accommodation on one floor. The entrance hall retains traditional Mallorcan features, including cobblestone paving and an arch leading to the living room. The bedrooms have double-bed accommodation and wardrobes. A cot and high chair are available.

The living-dining room has a sofa, an armchair, a television and a dining table seating four. The separate kitchen-dining room opens onto the patio and includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast table. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.
