## About the house

The outdoor area has a private 7 × 3 metre chlorine pool, 1.60 metres deep, with paved sunbathing space. Two furnished porches and a barbecue provide space for outdoor meals. A first-floor terrace overlooks the pool and has sun loungers, while the upper terrace overlooks the village. An adapted area on the terrace provides bicycle parking.

The entrance floor contains a living room with two sofas and a Smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. On the first floor, a sitting room with a sofa and Smart TV opens onto the terrace and leads to three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and hydromassage bath. A separate bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. The upper floor has a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and access to the upper terrace.

All rooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. Algaida offers access to cycling routes, local wineries and dining in central Mallorca.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is 18.3 km away; the Algaida bus stop is 1.3 km away, Sineu train station is 19.2 km away and Palma de Mallorca ferry terminal is 29.2 km away. Golf Son Gual Mallorca is 14.3 km away and Hospital Son Llàtzer is 18.5 km away.

Pets are not allowed. Events are forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
