House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 100€/stay for the published charging period. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
Can Picafort Beach is 240 meters away. A few steps lead up from the street to the private terrace and apartment entrance. There is no private beach access.
