The villa stands on 6,000 m² of land with almond and orange trees, one immediate neighbour and other homes nearby. Outside are a furnished terrace, barbecue, five sun loungers and a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 m, with depths from 1.5 to 2 m. Tennis and basketball courts are behind the house, and table tennis, rackets and balls are available.

Inside, the living area has satellite television and a fireplace. Air conditioning is provided in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a dining area, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, plus a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three fans, central heating for winter, a cot and a high chair. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

The first bedroom has a bunk bed, the second has a double bed, and the third has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Two further bathrooms provide a shower and a bathtub respectively.

Campanet is 3.5 km away, and Sa Pobla, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is 6 km away. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 16 km away. Nearby places to visit include the Campanet caves and Pollença. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Departure tidying requirements and a mandatory tourist tax apply.

Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season.
