## About the house

The patio has a private saltwater pool measuring 7 × 2.5 m, with depths of 0.6–1.5 m, an outdoor shower and a terrace with sunloungers. A shaded porch provides outdoor dining space and a barbecue. There are neighbours on both sides.

The renovated house combines rustic and modern furnishings over two floors. Large sliding glass doors connect the porch to the kitchen, which has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Dining tables are available in the kitchen and on the porch. The adjoining living room has a five-person sofa, a rocking chair, smart television and a DVD player, with access to the porch. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

The ground floor has one double bedroom and a shared bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and another shared bathroom with a shower. Two electric heaters, six fans, a cot and a high chair are available on request. The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Vilafranca de Bonany has a small grocery shop for basic supplies. Manacor and Sineu offer larger supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Bonany hill, between Vilafranca and Petra, has a hermitage and island views. Museum Xperience is 12 km away, approximately a 15-minute drive.
