The house has a 150 m² paved garden area and approximately 8,000 m² of fenced grounds with fruit trees. Outdoor spaces include a furnished 55 m² entrance terrace, an 18 m² porch beside the kitchen, a portable barbecue and six sun loungers. There are four exterior parking spaces.
Inside are a living room with DVD entertainment and a decorative fireplace that cannot be used, a separate dining room and an independent equipped kitchen with an electric stove and microwave. A separate laundry area contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
All four bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms with one bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower; the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. One cot, three electric radiators and three fans are available.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Air conditioning is free from 21:00 to 07:00; contact the owner for use outside these hours. The house has no pool.
