The house

The rustic accommodation is arranged over one floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds; the bathroom has a bathtub. The living-dining room has air conditioning, a sofa and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, microwave and oven. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. Two fans, two electric radiators, a cot and a highchair are available.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 m and is 1.2–1.7 m deep. The garden has an old olive tree, a porch with a hammock, a barbecue, four sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Table tennis and billiards are available. The plot is fenced, and there are neighbours nearby. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for five cars are available.

Campanet and Sa Pobla have supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Nearby excursion destinations include Ses Fonts Ufanes, the Campanet caves, Lluc monastery and Sa Calobra. Platja de Muro is 15.7 km away; the sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, including Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia, are approximately 20–30 minutes away by car.

Pets and events are not permitted. Guests must dispose of rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 is deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over, ranging from €0.55 per guest per night in low season to €2.20 per guest per night in high season, with the tax halved from the ninth day of the stay.
