House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Es Portitxol Beach is 280 metres away. The bus stop is 120 metres away; Palma train station is 3.6 km away; Son Sant Joan Airport is 6.6 km away; Port de Palma ferry terminal is 6.1 km away. The house spans a ground floor and first floor, with the shared bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. No on-property parking is available.
