The apartment has a furnished terrace overlooking the pool and mountains, a living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, and an adjoining dining area. The separate air-conditioned kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and a table with chairs. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Oil central heating, a cot and a high chair are available; the fireplace is decorative.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning. One has two single beds and two have a double bed each. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; a second bathroom with a bathtub serves the rest of the apartment.

Outside are a saltwater pool measuring 9 × 4.5 metres, with depths from 1.1 to 1.9 metres, garden loungers and a furnished porch with a barbecue area. The property boundary is fenced and neighbours are nearby. The caretakers live on the ground floor, and the upper floor is closed.

Selva has supermarkets, bars and restaurants, plus a Wednesday market selling local and seasonal products. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 23 km away and Pollença Golf is 21 km away. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
