## About the house

The 360 m² house spans two floors and combines stone walls, wooden beams and a traditional Mallorcan arch. A formal dining room seats 10, and the living room has armchairs, a sofa and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a table for 10. Wi-Fi is available.

There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and fan. One is on the ground floor; the other three are upstairs and each has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower. A folding bed accommodates the ninth guest, subject to the extra-guest charge. A cot and high chair are available on request. Underfloor heating serves the accommodation except the outdoor bathroom.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 11 × 6 metres, with depths of 1–1.90 metres, sunbeds, two thatched covered areas, a barbecue and an outdoor shower bathroom. The grounds are fenced and offer privacy. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Son Carrió has restaurants, basic services, a cultural centre and a library. Sa Coma Beach is 4.9 km away, and Son Carrió town and its bus stop are 4.3 km away.

Son Carrió town and bus stop are 4.3 km away; Son Sant Joan Airport is 64.1 km away, Pula Golf 8.2 km, Manacor train station 18.4 km, Palma ferry terminal 77.7 km and Hospital de Manacor 17.2 km.

Pets and events are not allowed. The piano is decorative only: do not touch or play it. The fireplace and wood stove cannot be used. Capacity is eight guests plus one additional guest on a folding bed. An extra charge applies for the ninth guest; if it has not been paid as part of the booking, the extra bed may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day.
