## About the house

The house retains traditional Mallorcan architectural features and has direct neighbours in the village centre. A spacious terrace has a large outdoor dining table, chairs and a barbecue; an upper terrace overlooks the Pla de Mallorca. There is also a small basement playroom.

The terrace opens into a living-dining room with a sofa, satellite television and air conditioning. The separate equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and a table with four chairs. A preserved old well is no longer in use. The laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A separate WC with a basin is on the ground floor.

Stairs lead to two first-floor bedrooms: one has a double bed, walk-in closet and air conditioning; the other has two single beds and a closet. A shower bathroom serves this floor. The upper floor has a double bedroom with a fan and an en-suite shower bathroom, plus the terrace with countryside views. A cot and high chair can be prepared on request. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Basic services and local produce are available in Montuïri. Platja de Sa Ràpita is 28.3 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 22 km away and the Port de Palma ferry terminal is 32.5 km away.
