Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Son Serra de Marina beach is 1 km away and reachable on foot; the beach is partly sandy and partly rocky. The town is 0.5 km away, the bus stop 1.6 km, Muro train station 19 km, Son Sant Joan airport 67.5 km and Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 21 km. Exterior parking is limited to one car. There are immediate neighbours.
