The house has a small garden, a porch, a barbecue, six sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and an outdoor shower. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 3.2 metres and is 1.5–1.7 metres deep. The property boundary is fenced, and there are immediate neighbours.

The living room has air conditioning and satellite TV. The dining kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, cooking equipment and a dining table. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds. One twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom; a second shower bathroom serves the rest of the house. A baby cot, high chair and two fans are available. Two gas cookers are available during the winter months.

Son Serra de Marina beach is 1 km away and can be reached on foot. It has both sandy and rocky areas. The village has a small supermarket, restaurants and basic services. Free exterior parking accommodates one car.

The town is 0.5 km away, the bus stop 1.6 km, Muro train station 19 km, Son Sant Joan airport 67.5 km and Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 21 km. Exterior parking is limited to one car. There are immediate neighbours.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
