The house

The 250 m² house occupies two floors on a fenced property with attached neighbours. Outside are a garden with sunbeds, a dining porch, barbecue facilities and a first-floor terrace. The private chlorine pool measures 7 × 4 metres and is 0.8–1.9 metres deep.

The ground floor has a living-dining room with satellite television and dining space for eight, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, two twin bedrooms and a shower bathroom. Upstairs are a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, a twin bedroom opening onto the terrace, and another shower bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and fans. Air conditioning serves the living room and bedrooms from 14:00–16:00 and 20:00–08:00. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with free Wi-Fi, a microwave, a cot and self check-in/check-out.

The house is in a quiet residential development in Cala Egos. Caló des Pou, a white-sand beach with palms and trees, is 0.450 km away. Cala d’Or marina is 0.1 nautical mile away. Cala d’Or has basic services; nearby places to visit include the Fortí museum, Santanyí and Mondragó Natural Park.
