The single-story house has a large living room with satellite TV, connected through an archway to an eat-in kitchen with a gas cooktop. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave and oven. Four bedrooms each have a double bed, and the fifth has twin beds. Three bedrooms have en suite shower bathrooms; another bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot, high chair and three fans are provided.
