The house is in Alaró village with direct neighbours and living spaces on the ground and first floors. The ground-floor living room opens from the patio and has air conditioning and satellite television. Upstairs, a second living room opens onto a furnished terrace. The fully equipped ground-floor kitchen has a ceramic hob; a laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three shower bathrooms, including one ensuite. A cot and high chair are available for babies.

The private saltwater pool measures 4 × 2.5 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. Outside are a shower, four sun loungers and a furnished porch with barbecue facilities. The pool has no lighting, although the patio is illuminated at night.

Village restaurants and cafés are within walking reach. The surrounding area offers walking and cycling opportunities, including a route to Alaró Castle. Palma beach is 35 km away.

Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Remove all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
