The terrace has a barbecue, four sun loungers and an outdoor shower beside a private chlorine pool measuring 5 × 2.5 metres, with depths from 1.2 to 1.8 metres.
An open-plan interior combines the kitchen, dining area and living room, with a ceramic hob, microwave, television, music facilities and a sofa. All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom, a walk-in closet and space for a baby cot. A high chair can also be provided. The other two bedrooms each have twin beds and a clothes rack. Two additional shower bathrooms are arranged one on each floor. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The house is in Sa Pobla, near the town square's bars, restaurants and shops. A street market selling local fruit and vegetables takes place on Sunday mornings. Ca'n Picafort beach is 12.3 km away; the bus stop is about 650 metres away and the train station about 1 km away.
