The house

The villa has a paved terrace surrounding a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 4.5 metres, with depths of 1.3–1.7 metres. Outdoor facilities include sun loungers, parasols, a garden with fruit trees and a built-in barbecue. Exterior parking accommodates six cars.

Inside, the living room has a Smart TV and satellite channels. The dining area connects to a fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen with induction hobs, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with towels and a hair dryer.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. Two bedrooms on the main floor each have a double bed; the upstairs bedroom has two single beds. There is an exterior shower bathroom on the ground floor and a second shower bathroom on the first floor. A baby cot, highchair and auxiliary heater are provided. Wi-Fi is free.

The house is surrounded by farmland and almond groves, 3 km from Llubí and 19.6 km from Platja de Muro, beside the Natural Park of s’Albufera. The surrounding area offers cycling and hiking, with Alcanada and Pollensa golf courses within 30 minutes.
