The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs €80 per stay. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
