The house

The house has a paved terrace, a furnished porch, four sun loungers, a fixed barbecue, a garden and an outdoor shower. Inside, the living-dining room has sofas, air conditioning and a Smart TV. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobes, plus a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with balcony access and two twin bedrooms. An air conditioner in the upstairs corridor cools these rooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are offered for babies. Wi-Fi, fans, towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available.

Port de Pollença has a seafront promenade with cafés and local shops, beaches and nautical activities. Pollença town is a few minutes' drive away, with cobbled streets, a weekly market and the 365 Calvari steps.
