The house

The fenced property has direct neighbours, a furnished porch with a barbecue and four sun loungers. The private pool measures 4 × 3 metres and is 1.6 metres deep.

The main floor has a kitchen-dining area with an induction cooker, microwave and oven, leading to an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a main-floor toilet.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and each has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the third has two twin beds. A baby cot and high chair are available, and gas central heating serves the house in winter. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for one car are free.

Barcarés faces the bay of Pollença. Sa Marina Beach is 0.750 km away and offers windsurfing and kitesurfing. Alcúdia, approximately 2 km away, has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and leisure activities. The house is a base for exploring northern Mallorca, including Formentor, the beach of Alcúdia and Pollença.
