The garden has a private chlorine pool measuring 11 × 5.5 m, with depths of 1.20–2.10 m, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and an external bathroom. A furnished porch provides space for outdoor meals and relaxation, and a portable barbecue is available.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with Smart TV, an equipped ceramic-hob kitchen, an older gas kitchen, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, a second living room has a sofa and rocking chair. The three upstairs bedrooms comprise one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with a full bathroom with a shower.
