The house

The 142 m² villa stands on 5,500 m² of land with almond and orange trees and no direct neighbours. There are three bedrooms: a ground-floor twin room, an upstairs twin room and an upstairs double room with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs bathroom facilities include a shower and a bathtub; downstairs there is a WC.

The living area has satellite television and a DVD player, with an adjoining dining area seating six. The separate kitchen includes a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, kitchen utensils and refrigerator-freezer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, together with towels, a high chair and a cot.

Outside are a terrace, barbecue, garden, a porch with dining seats for six and an 8 × 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Sa Pobla is 4.5 km away, with supermarkets, a medical centre, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Capellans / Can Picafort beach is approximately 20 minutes away by car; Can Picafort beach is 20 km away. Palma airport is 46 km away, Sa Pobla train station and bus stop are 4 km away, Alcúdia ferry port is 14 km away and Hospital Comarcal de Inca is 10.2 km away.

Air conditioning operates only from 06:00–11:00, 13:00–17:00 and 20:00–02:00. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Events and smoking are not permitted. Mandatory electricity and tourist-tax charges apply.
