House rules
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The damage deposit is 300.00 EUR. Mandatory final cleaning costs 60€/stay. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor. Ca'n Picafort Beach is about 500 metres away, a short walk. There is no private beach access. The bus stop is 300 metres away; Sa Pobla train station is 13 km away, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal is 13.2 km away and Son Sant Joan Airport is 62 km away.
