House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The base occupancy is four guests, with one additional guest subject to an extra charge. The optional extra-bed charge is 20€/Night. If the additional guest has not been paid for, the extra bed may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory final cleaning costs 140€/Stay. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€/night per guest in low season and 2.2€/night per guest in high season. It is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

The house spans two floors connected by stairs and has immediate neighbours. It is not suitable for families with small children. Ca'n Picafort Beach is 23.4 km away; the northern coast is approximately half an hour away by car. Sineu train station is 0.75 km away and the Carrer de l'Estació bus stop is 0.7 km away. Aeroport de Son Sant Joan is 34.8 km away, Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 38.2 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 13.4 km away. A supermarket is 0.7 km away and a pharmacy is 0.4 km away.
