The townhouse has a patio with greenery and an outdoor sofa, plus a terrace accessed from one of the upstairs bedrooms. It is in the town centre with neighbouring properties around.
The living room has air conditioning, a television and a fireplace. A separate spacious dining room accompanies a kitchen with a gas cooker and microwave. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
The ground floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, an air-conditioned work area with a fireplace leads to three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. One upstairs bedroom opens onto the terrace. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. All rooms have a small heater. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Porto Cristo has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The beach has fine golden sand and a tree-lined promenade. Club de Golf de Son Servera is 14.5 km away, and the Caves of Drach are a local attraction.
