The house

The villa has a lawn and Majorcan stone around a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 4 m, with depths from 1.40 to 2.10 m. Outdoors there are up to eight sun loungers, two umbrellas, a barbecue, table tennis on the porch and an outdoor shower.

A large dining room connects to the living room and kitchen, which has a breakfast bar with stools and a glass-ceramic hob. Satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player are available. The kitchen also has a microwave. The laundry contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. On the ground floor, one bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room, with space for a cot and high chair; the other has two single beds. A separate bathroom with a bathtub serves the ground floor. The two first-floor bedrooms each have two single beds, and one has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Access to the first floor is from outside via the terrace.

Puerto de Pollença beach is 4.5 km away, and the town and bus stop are 4.1 km away. Air conditioning operates from 14:00 to 16:30 and from 21:00 to 07:30; use outside these hours incurs a fee. Consult the advertiser about charges. Pets and events are not allowed.
