The villa has a lawn and Majorcan stone around a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 4 m, with depths from 1.40 to 2.10 m. Outdoors there are up to eight sun loungers, two umbrellas, a barbecue, table tennis on the porch and an outdoor shower.

A large dining room connects to the living room and kitchen, which has a breakfast bar with stools and a glass-ceramic hob. Satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player are available.
