The house

The house has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with a sofa. Two bedrooms have countryside views: one has two single beds, and the other has a double bed and air conditioning. There is one full bathroom.

Outside are a 10 × 5 m swimming pool, terrace, furnished porch, garden, barbecue, sun loungers and parasols. A garage and exterior parking for seven cars are available.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, television and satellite TV are provided. Wi-Fi is free. A high chair and cot are available.

Binissalem centre is 2 km away, with shops, restaurants and wineries; the village market takes place on Fridays. Palma centre is 30 km away. Playa de Palma is a 25-minute drive, and Can Pastilla beach is 26 km away.
