The house

The villa has no immediate neighbours. Its Mediterranean garden surrounds a 16 × 8 m chlorine pool with depths of 0.7–2.2 m. Outdoors there are six loungers, an awning, an outdoor shower, a furnished porch with a fixed barbecue and another porch overlooking the pool. Orange, lemon and peach trees bear fruit seasonally.

The spacious, rustic-style living room has air conditioning, a fireplace, DVD player and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. One bedroom has a double bed, and two bedrooms each have two single beds; all three have air conditioning and wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are in one bathroom. Up to two cots and two high chairs can be provided.

Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for four cars are available. Búger has a grocery store and restaurants, while nearby Sa Pobla offers more services and larger supermarkets. Rural roads around Búger offer opportunities for cycling and hiking.
