Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in instructions are provided only after online identity-document registration, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax through the payment link sent before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 1.2 km away. Key collection takes place at a separate location.
