## About the house

The renovated house has a rustic Mallorcan style. Outdoors, a 5 × 3 m private pool, 1.50–1.80 m deep, is surrounded by lawn. There is a barbecue, a furnished porch and a furnished terrace.

The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a separate dining room seating 12, a kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, microwave and oven, a separate toilet, and an independent laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The first floor has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with wardrobes. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A second bathroom on this floor also has a shower and bathtub. The top floor has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. One double bedroom has a wardrobe and access to a furnished sun terrace; the twin bedroom has a wardrobe and study area. A bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor.

Central heating and four fans are provided. Up to three cots and three high chairs are available. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Valldemossa has narrow stone streets, cafés and artisan shops. Port de Valldemossa beach is 7.6 km away, and Palma's sandy beach is about a 20-minute drive away.
