Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access is provided. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator and is arranged over two levels. Venice Santa Lucia train station is approximately 3.5 km away.
