Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Key collection is possible from 15:00 at a separate collection location in Santa Croce. Check-in instructions are provided after online identity-document registration, signing the digital rental contract and payment of the tourist tax through a link sent a few days before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without a lift and has two internal levels. Venice Santa Lucia train station is approximately 2 km away.
