Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations, with reservation details available in the Guest Area. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 2.8 km away.
