Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; the starting time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days before arrival; its amount varies according to local regulations.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 2.8 km away.
