Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before receiving access instructions. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 2.8 km away.
