The apartment is on the fourth floor of a typical Ligurian building without a lift, in the second row of houses by the port. A small entrance atrium separates the sleeping and living areas. The living area has an equipped hideaway kitchenette, coffee machine, moka pot, oven, fridge, freezer and juicer, together with a dining table and chairs, TV, two small tables and two wicker chairs. Sleeping arrangements include a single sofa bed with a pull-out single bed in the living area and a 160 × 200 cm queen-size bed in the bedroom.

The bedroom has a functioning roll-top desk, a window overlooking the rooftops and Nozarego hill, and an adjacent walk-in closet. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and window. A hairdryer and iron are available. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are provided. A camping cot is available on request.

Restaurants, bars, shops, a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery and diving centres are nearby. A bus stop for Rapallo and Paraggi/Portofino and a paid indoor car park are a few steps away. Santa Margherita Ligure-Portofino station is less than a 15-minute walk away; Genoa airport is about 40 minutes away by car. Cinque Terre is a little more than an hour away by car.
