The entrance opens into an open-plan living room and kitchen with a TV, sofa and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven and fridge. The bedroom has one queen-size double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and fans are available.

The apartment is five minutes from Bellagio and a 1-hour-30-minute drive from Orio al Serio airport. Bellagio's historic centre has shops along stepped alleyways, passages and arcades. Local places to explore include Villa Melzi, Villa Serbelloni, the lakeside hamlets of Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, and walking routes towards Monte San Primo. Ferries connect Bellagio with Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
